MOST IMPORTANT: My living situations are less than ideal. They don't often provide me with adequate, consistent time to work. [homelessness, domestic violence, & other i decline to specify] Please be patient. This also increases Turn-Around-Times to upwards of 6MO

I don't do custom designs / adoptables or anything of the like, at all. I don't accept bribes on this what-so ever.

Commissions are priced with creative liberty in mind.

I work on a 4-slot priority system. Any inquires after 4 will be added to my waitlist.

Inquiries (of any kind) outside of forms I made, run the risk of having your work be completed slower (especially w/out a compressed form - forms are so I have everything organized, I don't have to ask what you want multiple times, etc)

Please provide clear references! Detailed written descriptions are acceptable with visual references.
- Clients are expected to voice any concerns, issues or problems with your product during production.
Please don't come weeks later/next purchase requesting major revisions distaste; you asked for the sandwich, and tasted it!! This's also a collaborative process, and I can't understand what you are if we aren't even on the same page
📬 Communication & Updates
- You may request progress updates at any time. Please avoid messaging more than 2–3 times per week.
- I will update you if delays happen.
- Rush orders & deadlines must be discussed before payment.

Payment is due upfront within 24 hours (or after the sketch, in some cases).

- Bribes (optional): Higher payments can prioritize your commission, unlock “off-menu” options, or expedite delivery.
👻 GHOSTING: CASE BY CASE
Ghosting is no contact after the agreed date or expectant of payment. While I understand the reasoning, some people may be unable to pay a commission at the moment ( bills, medical, emergency, not having anymore etc ) please communicate. Ghosting is dealt on a case by case basis; & usually result in a unwillingness to accept future commissions/trades in the future.
💸 REFUNDS: CASE BY CASE

Aren't offered in full after any work has been started. My labor is not free.

It's up to my discretion how much you'll receive based off of how much work I've completed.

I retain rights to all created artwork unless a privacy agreement is made.

Reposting is allowed with direct credit/link in the same post.

Commercial use requires a separate contract.
✅ Allowed: icons, banners, wallpapers, personal non-commercial use.
❌ Prohibited: AI training, NFTs, commercial/buiness merchandise, uncredited reposts.
Unauthorized use, deliberate discrediting will result in a DMCA takedown [If a verbal warning was issued (privately) & ignored]
DESIGN TOS
As of 2022-23 I no longer create designs for others, for any reason. This purely exists until the remaining ones that are owned by other people are out of circulation.

You may not sell/trade at all. Please come to me if you want to resell them.

Enforce YOUR rules on MY designs (property)

Create duplicates, & delete profiles. This automatically forfeits ownership to me.

Incorporate them in/make them closed species / monopolies

Price gouge / Scalp / Inflate the price.

Whitewash / De-transition / etc

Include them in NFTs / AI / Business&Commercial use without permission.
