I give clear outlines and updates as to when something is to be expected; this can be from artwork, to payouts, to items being delivered to you. Usually, if I see no reason to give an update for various reasons ( TMI / life / medical / unrelated ) , or have given an update that covers future events, unless the circumstances may have changed, I will not see a reason to provide an update.

Ghosting is no contact after the agreed date or expectant of payment. While I understand the reasoning, some people may be unable to pay a commission at the moment ( bills, medical, emergency, not having anymore etc ) please communicate. Ghosting is dealt on a case by case basis; & usually result in a unwillingness to accept future commissions/trades in the future.

Any forceful & unreasonable charge backs, as well as refunds (various) done without reason results in blacklists, repurpose of the art & loss of ownership & useage. (psst.... you didn't pay for it:)
