🌙🐇🛹 Late night discussions

Joel and Bryan sat under the dim blue sky, stars scattered across the sky.. The carnival lights in the distance buzzed faintly as they walked. A night full of fun, pizza, rides & cotton candy stretching on- everlasting and as unpredictable, but worthwhile, like their friendship.

Joel turned “I’ve once eaten an entire pizza—” A smug little smile, his finger pressed up against his cheek...rather cheekily..

Bryan blinked. Once. Twice.

“Damn--” His voice flat, brain still buffering.

Joel giggled— He crossed his arms, tilted his head, curls bouncing with the rhythm of his movements. “ One entire pizza. By. my. self. yeah” He repeated, accomplished by his feats... Bryan should be gasping in awe from it, honestly.

"Yeah. That's impressive.” Bryan managed- years after his brain loaded. albiet... rather dry

Joel scoffed.

“Yeah -ehe- i know,” Joel placed a hand on his hip, the glitter on his nails glimmering. “You wish you had that kind of dedication.”

Bryan shook his head, snickering. “I’ve watched you inhale just as much or more in our dorms... I’m not shocked, bro. I’m just—why are you saying it like it’s a life accomplishment?”

Joel gave a dramatic sigh, his shoulders slumping like he was exhausted by Bryan’s lack of vision. “You don’t get it,” he muttered, poking Bryan’s shoulder. “This was a large pizza. Like, bigger than my torso. And-! I did it in under an hour.”

Bryan frowned, then narrowed his eyes slightly. “Okay, now I’m more impressed.”

“Thank you.” Joel smirked, clasping his hands together “I knew you’d come around. I'm awesome”

Bryan exhaled through his nose, shaking his head, with a slow smile creeping onto his lips. Joel was a silly guy. Bryan liked that about him. He didn’t say it out loud, of course...
