Please get adjusted to my terms of service, & review my FAQ before working with me or asking me questions.
  • By commissioning me, You automatically agree to my terms of service & acknowledge that failure to read & abide by these terms is your responsibility. Any / all actions taken will be done without warning under the assumption you've read these terms.
  • If you disagree with my terms, pricing, or anything in relation to any capacity, you are not obligated to commission me -  I disencourage it. Please find another artist as I do not tolerate disrespect
  • My terms of service are subject to change at any point in time. All terms of service apply regardless of timeframe of completion.

⚠️ before you proceed, please understand that I do not currently live in the best of all household. due to this, it often results in an affected mental state, physical state and emotional state that does not render me able to complete art At a normal to reasonable pace. there are moments in time where I do not draw at all and this is a direct influence from where I am living. I am open about this, and this is something customers must be absolutely aware of. if you are not willing to be patient with me do not order from me. this is a rule that will be in place until I am in optimal environments that do not affect my craft.

  • . This page is intended to let people know when progress is expected to be delivered & cover information regarding such.
    . mm As of 2024 My goal is to prove as well as improve my efficiency when delivering artwork. Since it is also my mission to try and save up as much as possible and be out of the house, I will do my best to be very transparent amongst these things
     

  • PRIORITY: All commissions are prioritized differently, but every so often I can flip flop on this however my general outline tends to be:

    • SMALLEST TO LARGEST: Commissions that are relatively small will be aimed to be completed first - this is icons, symmetrical stuff, chibis and etc. More laborious work may be slower ( howver, ultimately still worked on ) while smaller things are focused

    • CHRONOLOGICAL: Simply things ordered from first paid, to last. ​
       

  • SKETCH: A sketch is expected to be provided within 1-10 days after payment. However, in not all instances is this the case - if the Commission is something relatively small, no sketch may be provided, the sketch may be started before payment or skipped straight to the line art stage - This typically happened with symmetrical works.
     

  • LINEART: Linework is expected to be started 1-5 days after the sketch has either been sent, or approved! This is usually the stage that can take the longest, due to my tendency to try and make sure everything is correct and up to my standards! Sometimes line art will be worked on after a couple days of progress has been made, just in case something I may have thought of changing later on is included
     

  • COLORING & POLISHING: Coloring, polishing and everything else tends to occur all in the same stage, But in some instances especially if the design is more laborious or has more patterns this can be slowed down! Coloring tends to take usually 1 - 3 days
     

  • All artwork is aimed to be completed in a minimum of 1 to 1,5 months - however in the instance I am busy, or other reasons provided, this can sometimes stretch on to longer than intended. My ultimate goal is to ensure I complete everything in a manageable and consistent time frame

  •  I cannot ensure Exact dates on delivery unless given to me

  • ​All clients and commissioners are expected to thoroughly and carefully read my terms of service. you acknowledge that failure to read, is your responsibility and any action taken is a direct consequence of those actions.
     

  • ​Please be respectful, & responsible of my terms of service and boundaries.
     

  • If you have any issues, problems or complaints with my terms of service, do not commission me, own any of my products or designs, Whether they be acquired firsthand or secondhand.
     

  • If you have any further questions that may need claifying, i encourage you to come & ask me directly instead of listen to heresay
     

  • Please do not involve me in any issues, dilemmas & conflicts, or ask me to block/blacklist some user I don't know for any subject that made you dislike that person, even more so with very personal events, I will not give opinions or be a judge in situations that's not my responsibility.
     

  • You are expected to be respectful and responsible when going through the commissioning process; i will not work for anyone that is disrepectful to me or fails to oblige by my terms of service.
     

  • Just above my terms of service is a note, detailing my home situation. Please keep this in mind as it can affect commission output times. I always aim to have commissions done in a timely manner, and if you are unable to be patient with me, do not commission me
     

  • Although my terms of service do not change often, in the chance it does, you are still obligated to follow my terms and service. 
     

  • If I do not specify anything specific for a product I am selling, Please do not assume so. (ex: If I am doing a winter themed YCH and I do not specify that it will be completed before the holidays, do not expect such work to be completed before the holidays) This does not mean you aren't allowed to ask clarifying questions
     

  • You are expected to voice any concerns, issues or problems with your product to me directly so i can offer a resolve of issue whilst the product is in the making. Please do not come to me weeks later requesting a large revision for a completed project or voice distaste despite you being the requester for the subject / outcome and have given direct feedback.

INTEREST + GHOSTING

While I am understanding of the reasonings, some people may be unable to pay a commission at the moment ( bills, medical, emergency, not having anymore etc ) please understand i value transparency, if this is the instance. All instances of ghosting/backing out will recieve a penalty of the user going on my grey-list but the severity varies:

  • case1: if a user backs out ( with reason ) they will be put on they grey list temporarily ( 3 mo ) — this has no effect on your ability to commission me in the future unless this happens a second time within the timeframe.

    case2: if i am ghosted with no response of/lack of interest within 24 hours of inquiry you will be grey listed for 5 mo. I may be less likely to accept future commission inquiries, and if i am ghosted again within this time you will be permanently blacklisted

    Each instance of ghosting / backing out is dealt on a case by case basis, but these outlines are also used as a personal note/reference

  • ​By default, any non commissioned piece / work anyone is free to be used as icons, banners, wallpapers, anything of the like that does not generate profit, or include my work to produce derivatives, contribute to theft or anything outside of permitted bounds. (No ai, Merch, NFT, Business/brand use etc)
     

  • Taking inspiration from my work is completely fine, however blantant copying, discreting as well as failure to respect will be dealt with accordingly.

COPYRIGHT

  • ​I reserve the right to all of my work i've created. I am permitted to use it for purposes i see fit ( portfolio )

CREDIT & RE-UPLOADS

  • ​I do not permit re-uploads of my work (with the exception of toyhouse); especially fan-works, or my personal works. If you'd like to reupload something (as a commissioner of a product), please ask me beforehand. In the instance something is asked to remain provate, it's expected to remain private. Privacy issues & bypasses will be reprimanded ( DMCA / LEGAL ).
     

  • Reposts will be handled with a DMCA takedown when initial inquires about my work have not been complied to, or there is no available option for communication.
     

  • In every instance of my work being used by those that aren't me must be provided visible / direct credit for. I (again) permit use of my art for icons . banners / wallpapers & other as long as they do not generate profit, as long as visible credit is given.
     

  • In the instance of uploading my work to toyhouse, please credit my direct profile as an on-site user so it uploads directly to my gallery. In no instance (unless previously discussed) nobody needs to ask for permission to upload onto toyhou.se- feel free to do so by default

general notices
  • I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
     
  • Whilst im comfortable drawing multiple subjects, please respect my boundaries, artistic abilities & limitations.
     
  • If you disagree with my terms of service in any way/shape form with the addition of the inability to be paitent and understanding, my services may not be for you, I'd advice against commissioning me.
     
  • I will not work during national holidays, or weekends.
     
  • In the instance a commission is requested to remain private, it is expected to remain private, and out of public spaces from both parties.
     
  • If a commissioner in question is found to be frequently evading my boundaries and frequently fails to abuse by my terms of service, they will be blacklisted; disallowing them (depending on severity) from purchasing any commissions, items or anything of the like in relation to me to be obtained first-hand.
     
  • Products  / commisisons / sales advertised as seasonal will experience price increase / drops during specific seasons. Please be wary of this before purchasing work of this type.
     

  • I sometimes experience periods of long demoticativation & burnout. My household is not the best, and i struggle on a frequent basis, so my productoutput can be delayed.
     

  • I allow bribes! [ bribes are offering to pay me more than required for a specific product/kind of drawing. ]

    >> offereing more $$ for something i may have initally denied the request of

  • All commissions that are advertised as 18+ only are to be purchased, inquired, and quiered about by adults only. ID is not required, however it is expectedthat you are of age. I will briefly check profiles to ensure this is the case  [ however this may be the case in the future if there is frequent trouble with validity. ] I am not liable or responsible if later found out someone has been lying about such to recieve such content to get into these spaces.
     
  • NSFW commissions are always selective, and not first come first serve. I take commissions of this type based off of comfortability, and personal interest in the character, subject & in some instances the amount i'm being offered.
     
  • Although not all ychs advertised as "adults only" aren't for adults, please understand i may only be comfortable with aduts purchasing something of this type ( butt

 I request that all people commissioning me whether it be in the future or in the present, please be open, transparent and communicate with me clearly. Please be patient, And respectful, as well as take responsibility if applicable in the situation. If you are unable to be clear and communicate with me this may jeopardize my willingness to work with you in the future.
commuication
  • If applicable, provide references, and feel free to dry your own guidelines on top of or as a reference for me to properly understand your thinking when commissioning. This is a collaborative process, and I can't understand what you are if we aren't even on the same page
  •  Failure to communicate in a reasonable manner may result in a partial refund or jeopardize future status in me allowing you to commission again.
     
  •  If you have any issues, comments, questions or concerns, please come to me and ask me about them directly, unless already mmentioned here.

UPDATES

  • Updates for commissions may be given every 3-9 days. My schedule may fluctuate and I may not always be able to work on the commission every day during the week, as well as provide updates. General updates that may be vaugely related to your commission are given in my public server ever time im available to
     
  •  As the commissioner, you are free to ask for an update at any time if my general period of updates may not be satisfactory to you
     
  • I do not advise frequently asking me for updates, / asking for updates every 2-3 days. Frequently asking / harassing me, asking for updates will jeopardize my likelihood to work with you in the future; it can constitute as harassment & break my TOS of agreeing to be paitent
     
  • Updates are always given in order of completion. The initial sketch, the sketch(es) after some revisions, line arts, flat coloring, and anything after that stage is revisions and the finalization.

DEADLINES

  • Deadlines are to be voiced out immediately, with a maximum delay time of two days.
     
  • Deadline date delivery can be variable. Sometimes I may deliver the day off, or even the day before.
     
  • Deadline dates that are 1.5 weeks away or less from inquiring constitute as a rush fee extra for commissions. Most often than not deadlines that are extremely tight will have an additional fee, As compared to deadlines that are not specific ( ie, at/before the end of a certain month )
     
  • Deadlines must not counteract with my rule of not working on national holidays. The deadline can be relative around that date, but it must not be on the holiday - it will be delivered either before or the day after.

REVISIONS, EDITS & CHANGES

​Revisions in any asks for changes classify as communication. This may be repeated elsewhere- however generally revisions are something that should be communicated with me during the sketch phase.

  •  Any commissions that have not been started in any capacity can be changed and adjusted as much as you'd like. You are allowed to change the character, the pose, the outfit, anything you see fit.
     
  • The farther i progressed with the work, the less amounts of revisions you are permitted to have (without fee)
    • Sketch - You are permitted to have a near unlimited request of changes that don't overhaul the work
    • Lineart - You are permitted to have up to 3 revisions without fee 
    • Coloring - You are permitted to have up to 2 small revisions without fee
    • ( not always applicable ) Finalization - In most instances you aren't allowed to have any revisions besides minimal add-ons ​
       
  • You are permitted [ as the commissioner ] to revise any sketches I provide, yourself to ensure the accuracy of the finished product. Feel free to redline, and make adjustments yourself - it speeds up the process for me
     
  • It is up to my discretion what constitutes as a major revision and a minor revision.
     
  •  Any changes requested that are due to my negligence via not following the character reference or were initially voiced out to me [in the finished product] and I may have missed, that are small changes are free in any stage

PAYMENT METHODS

​ Please get adjusted with my payment methods. Additional options may be added in the future for comfortability, but as for right now no other options are permitted, and requests of payment in any other methods *may* be considered. if forceful, outright ignored

  • Cashapp - Most comfortable, and preferred method. Money requests can/will be sent to you.
  • Throne.me - Second comfortable method, allowing items to be directly shipped to me as payment. [view here]
  • Paypal - Third recognized method, less preferred but an option for those unable to use cashapp/others.
  • Zelle - reserved for real-life or very close friends only.

PAYMENT

  • All payment is 100% upfront unless said or discussed beforehand/said otherwise.
     
  • All payment is initially requested with an invoice/request. However if any issues arise with invoices, or requesting the money from you first, alternative methods may be discussed.
     
  • All payment is expected to be paid within 24 to 48 hours of the invoice or request. Failure to pay or deliberate delay in payment may request an overall commission void and a jeopardized future in allowance of commissioning
     
  • Any and all tips will be rewarded, whether it be a doodle, less required payment, payment after commission delivery, faster delivery in commission, Or future perks with Commission service. If you do request for no future perks, this will be respected! However I would like to let people know that I am thankful
     
  • Frequently payment or ghosting, results in a high chance of being blacklisted as well.

REFUNDS, BACKOUTS & CHARGEBACKS

  • I don't offer refunds in full after any work has been started. My labor is not free​
     
  • It is up to my discretion how much you will receive in refunds based off of how much work I have completed. You will not receive a full refund if the commission is past the coloring / polishing stage, As both constitute for completed art.
     
  • Any forceful & unreasonable chargebacks done without reason, will result in:
    • an accompanying blacklist, possible overview doc outlining the reasons of which
    • A total loss in product & ownership of the work.
       
  • Whilst to all money used to commission me is expected to be leisure money, Please don't commission me whilst:
    • using any emergency funds
    • funds that need to go towards anything important in the near future. It is heavily advised you wait for another time
       
  • Back outs whether they be voluntary or because of an emergency situation will be reprimanded in every instance. Whilst I don't hold any malice for anybody who needs to, I hope it is reasonable to expect a three month temporary blacklist for doing so. 
     
  • You acknowledge that any work that I may have started that is canceled by the opposite party forfeits pending ownership & useage rights to me. Any work may be reused and repurposed as I please whether it be for personal work, or YCH Commission work.

PAYMENT PLANS

  • I don't offer payment plans for amounts below 200$.
    • Any amount below 200$ is expected to be paid in full.​
       
  • Payment plan deposits are variable, the bigger the payment the longer time frame you will receive;
    • Payments are expected to be made every 10-11 days for any remaining amounts below 50$; only in 2 payment sets of 25
    • Payment plans are Expected to be made every 2 weeks for any remaining amounts below 150$ in 3's
    • & so on & so forth; but this can be discusse

VIIa. COMMISSION UPGRADES

  •  At any point in time, any kind of commission can be upgraded, however it varies from peice to piece. Some pieces may allow or fit these additions, however some may not - constituting for a whole new work to be created.
    • Any kind of Commission at any stage or of type, can be upgraded in terms of shading and coloring. ​
    •  NSFW additions can be requested, however they vary based off of complexity, & comfortability

 I have permanently seized in the creation of adoptables, custom designs & anything of the variety. Please don't ask.

  • Regardless of Whether or not I have seized completely in making designs and adoptables, my terms of service are still to be followed; These terms are only void in the instance all of my designs are out of circulation
  • By owning one of my designs you automatically agree to my terms of service & acknowledge that failure to read & abide by these terms is your responsibility. Any / all actions taken will be done without warning under the assumption you've read these terms.
  • If you disagree with my terms, pricing, or anything in relation to any capacity, you are not obligated to commission me -  I disencourage it. Please find another artist as I do not tolerate disrespect
  • My terms of service are subject to change at any point in time. All terms of service apply regardless of timeframe of completion.
  •  One buying, all buyers must have a toyhou.se account readily available for me to transfer designs to in the ease of tracking & maintaining ownership.
     
  • You acknowledge that anyone on my blacklist Is not permitted to own any of my designs, trading any of my designs to these users will result in a blacklist yourself.
     
  • Once you receive a character, you're free to do most anything with them, change the gender, size, sexuality, create stories for them, create arts, incorporate them in stories, etcetc.
     
  •  You acknowledge that you may not do any of the following:
    • Edit, or make changes to the original image / art. ​
    • Delete the profile &/or create duplicates. Duplicate profiles without prior notice will be assumed to be theft.
    • Create any brother / sister designs, or heavy derivatives / copy-cats with new/non-tabbed profiles. This is a form of theft.
    • Incorporate any of my designs in any monopolies - such as closed species. I don't agree with the sentiments of these groups, & profiting off of the fear of missing out amongst people.
    • Price gouge, or scalp. Wrongfully up-selling designs is a form of scamming.
    • Redesign the character to the point they are heavily derivative off of a media character. This is a form of copyright infringement, & can lead into the lines of theft.
    •  Whitewash any character designs you may have received that are people of color.

Please understand that I cannot control or monitor everything everybody is doing with my designs. If anything is reported to me or I happen to find out myself, you will be blacklisted without warning. If I see it, and I discourage it or it is against my terms I will blacklist you, this is often non negotiable.
  I don't find my terms of service to be overbearing, or invasive. I find my terms of service to be very understandable, and very easy to respect. If you are unable to follow basic terms of service, as well as respect some simple boundaries, you will be prohibited from owning any of my designs as well as any heinous actions such as theft / deliberate discrediting, Inflation, scamming and anything of the sort will be accompanied by a "PSA" so others are aware of your actions, and are knowledgeable on not to do business with you.
